Intelligence that goes
with you… Anywhere.
A model without memory is a tourist.
A frontier model knows everything about the world and nothing about your fight. It has never read your patrol debriefs. It doesn't know which generator fails in the heat, or which route went quiet last month. That knowledge exists — scattered across notebooks, hard drives, and a staff sergeant who rotates out in June. And the cloud it depends on isn't coming where you're going.
Models are rented. Context is owned.
BOONDOCKS turns everything your unit learns into structured, role-scoped mission memory — owned by you, carried to the edge, feeding whatever approved model you run today or field next year. The model is replaceable. The memory is not.
Three legs. No reachback.
Load the CACHE
Drop in your documents — debriefs, maintenance logs, orders, doctrine. They become linked, role-scoped, human-readable records you own outright.
Work the problem
Six agents read the same picture and argue it out. CRUCIBLE fuses their analyses into one answer — prioritized, confidence-scored, cited.
Carry it anywhere
The whole position runs on MULE hardware in your custody. CIRCUIT keeps every node current when the network cooperates, and nothing breaks when it doesn't.
Four pieces of kit. One held position.
CACHE
Your force's knowledge, structured: linked records with per-record visibility, assembled into tight context and traced to source. Portable plain text — export everything, any time.
CRUCIBLE
Runs models and agents entirely on-device. Six perspectives in, one recommendation out — with confidence, dissent, and receipts. Model-agnostic by design.
CIRCUIT
Resilient sync across disconnected, degraded links. Nodes that were dark all week catch up on reconnect. Nothing depends on a link staying up.
MULE
Ruggedized NVIDIA-based edge hardware, from a sub-1-lb pack unit to vehicle class. No data center, no cloud region, no dependency.
The Outfit: six agents working the problem.
Every answer cites its sources.
The whole memory makes the trip.
Your unit's knowledge shouldn't live in a building. The whole memory — every record, every lesson, every answer — rides hardware that moves with the mission. It syncs when you want. It goes dark when you must. It never, ever phones home.
Data where you need it. Even when "there" has no bars. The trail crosses the dead zone; the CACHE doesn't notice.
What the position sees.
Six analysts. One answer. Seconds.
Prioritized, confidence-scored, cited — judgment without the staff huddle.Your staff sergeant PCSes. Her knowledge doesn't.
Institutional memory that survives rotation, RIP/TOA, and the contractor changing hands.Own the data. Swap the model.
Open-schema, unlimited-rights posture by architecture. Never pay rent on your own knowledge.Nothing leaves the enclave. Ever.
On-device, AES-256 at rest, architected for air-gapped operation. An AI that phones home isn't yours.Context is the high ground.
The name means mountain.
Boondocks comes from Tagalog bundok — mountain — carried into English by U.S. Marines a century ago. It came to mean the far country: past the pavement, past the grid, past the cloud. That's where we build, because that's where the mission actually happens.
The oldest doctrine there is.
Take the high ground and hold it. The position that sees farthest decides fastest. For most of history the high ground was terrain. In the AI era, it's context — and BOONDOCKS makes it portable.
The commander decides.
Every answer arrives cited and confidence-scored, with dissent preserved. The system recommends; your people decide. That's not a limitation we accepted — it's the design we insisted on.
Built in Texas. Aimed at the far country.
BOONDOCKS is built by Jarvis Defense LLC, a Dallas defense-technology company. The founding team spent years delivering edge-AI programs for Army, Air Force, and SOCOM customers before standing up a new company to build this platform the way it should be built: edge-first, owned-by-the-customer, no cloud dependency, no lock-in.
We work with defense and homeland-security customers through SBIR/STTR, OTs and CSOs, and direct pilots — and with primes as the context layer inside bigger systems. If your mission runs where the cloud doesn't, we should talk.
Where the map runs out, the memory doesn't.
